Description

The U.S. Military Academy intends to award a sole source purchase order with Iron Grip Barbell Company for athletic strength equipment -- custom dumbbells and weights. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) , only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable NAICS code is 421910 and the size standard is 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. THERE WILL BE NO SOLICITATI ON AVAILABLE. See numbered Note 22.
