Description

The U.S. Military Academy intends to award a sole source purchase order with Ambient Sound for a Learning Link Student Management System. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), only one responsible sourc e and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable NAICS code is 421430 and the size standard is 100 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. THERE WILL BE NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE. See number ed Note 22.
