Eureka is located on the northern coast of California. The property may be accessed via Hwy 101. The building has three (3) stories, plus basement, and consists of approximately 23,959 gross square feet, sited on 0.48 acre. This historic structure was built circa 1910 in the neoclassical revival style. It is constructed of unreinforced masonry. Partial lease-back is required as part of this sale.
