Description

The purpose of this amendment is to correct the basic contract performance period and the two option periods. In addition, the Solicitation Statement of Work is also amended. 1. Contract Periods are hereby changed to read as follows: Basic Contract Period: 01 January 2002 through 31 December 2002 First Option Period: 01 January 2003 through 31 December 2003 Second Option Period: 01 January 2004 through 31 December 2004 2. The Statement of Work, Paragraph 5.5.3, is changed to read as follows: 5.5.3. The contractor must have taught ESL/EFL to adults in a high school or post-secondary educational institution (e.g., university or college) within the last five years. Experience may be either civilian or military, or a combination thereof. The German Volkshochschule or its equivalent is not acceptable. The Government's intent is to acquire instructors experienced in teaching adult education in an academic (not a technical or vocational) environment. 3. No other changes are made.
