X -- The Department of Justice, U.S. Attorneys Office, Philadelphia, PA. 19106 intends to issue a purchase order to Seventh & Chestnut Associates, 615 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106 for thirty nine (39) commercial parking spaces located at 615 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA within a 1 block radius for the period October 1, 2001 through September 30 2002, on a sole source basis. Responses received as a result of this notice of intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon the written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
