Description

This procurement is for 30mm Target Practice Traced (TP-T) Cartridges. The Government requires 50,000 cartridges in accordance with Automated Data List 53711-7402447-. The Government will require first articles. A safety survey will be required prior to award of the contract to ensure contractors comply with the requirements of DFAR 252.223-7002 and 252.223-7003. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration database. This acquisition is restricted to two sources, Alliant Tachsystems (ATK) and General Dynamics Ordnance & Tactical Systems (GD-OTS). The contract will be awarded as a split award, with one company receiving 55% of the quantity (27,500 units) and the other company receiving 45% of the quantity (22,500 units). Delivery is required F.O.B. destination. First Article units will be due 150 days after award. Production delivery shall be 365 days after contract award.
