Description

1. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written or electronic offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F2ZIII12280100. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The NAICS Code 334511. The size standard is 750 employees. FOB: Destination for delivery to 230 Hall Blvd Ste 224 San Antonio, TX 78234. The contractor shall provide (6 EACH) E-SACCM Digital version of the Embedded National Tactical Receiver Product PCI format: Part# LCP 762-003026/PCI (Encryption Devices). ENTR Key Features: 3"x5" card inside desktop computer in lieu of rack mounted equipment, programmable RF filter (95 dB of dynamic range)and 30 second back up of keys during power interrupts. This requirement is currently funded. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items, is applicable to this acquisition. Award will be made to responsible offeror based on the best overall value.. Quoters shall include with their quotes a completed copy of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, which are available through myself. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration, 52.233-3 Protest After Award, 52.247-34 FOB Destination, and DFARS 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration, 252-212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues of Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items, 252.246-7000, Material Inspection and Receiving Report, are applicable to this acquisition.
