Description

The 30th Space Wing, Vandenberg AFB, is soliciting offers to provide preventive maintenance for Hospital elevators. The Contractor is to provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to provide the preventive maintenance as follows: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F04684-02-Q-B022 and is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The NAICS code is 811310 and the size standard is $5M. This acquisition is unrestricted. There is one line item as follows: Line Item 0001-Qty 1 Lot. The contractor shall provide monthly maintenance and repair on the 30th Medical Group's three elevators in accordance with the attached statement of work. The contractor shall perform inspections in accordance with the attached statement of work. (Note: The statement of work may be accessed at www.fedbizopps.gov.) Period of performance is 1 Oct 01 -- 30 Sep 02. Place of performance is Vandenberg AFB CA.=20 The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, "Instructions to Offerors-Commercial" apply to this acquisition. This item being procured and will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.
