- Description
- Services for approximately 5,100 Bureau employees in various locations throughout the United States. Contractor must have the capability to provide a full range of counseling assistance to employees who may be experiencing performance or conduct difficulties because of an array of problems. These services shall be extended to members of employee's families when necessary. Counselors must be state-certified and prepared to provide prompt services as appropriate. The program must comply with all Federal confidentiality requirements. Counseling services vendors responding to this solicitation must have a broad range of experience dealing with the Federal sector. Period of performance will be one year from the date of contract award with four one-year option periods subject to the availability of funds.
