Description

The purpose of this amendment is to state the applicable Department of Labor Wage Determination and to extend the solicitation due date. Paragraph (xiii) is change to read: (xiii) Only contractors registered at http://www.ccr2000.com are eligible for award. Department of Labor Wage Determination Number 94-2393, Rev 21, Dated 07/12/2001 is applicable to this solicitation and any resulting award. This is a fiscal year 2002 requirement and funds are not currently available for this acquisition. Award can only be made if funds are made available. Funds are expected to become available 1 October 2001, however the government is not liable unless or until funds are actually made available. Paragraph (xvi) is changed to read: The solicitation due date is 26 September 2001. Except as stated above, there are no changes to the terms and conditions of the solicitation.
