Description

The U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) is seeking Closing Agent Services for Palm Beach & Martin counties, FL. The Closing Agent is required to handle the closing services for the sale of HUD acquired residential properties, document preparation for such closings, and associated loan paperwork. This will be a one-year contract with four option years. The Closing Agent must meet the SBA Small Business standard for the NAICS code 541990, annual gross revenue not exceeding $5 million.
