In the CBD of August 23, 2001, Issue No. PSA-2921, the Bureau of the Census (BOC) synopsized its intent to award a sole source contract to Charles H. Hancock for services to provide expertise and assistance to the BOC's Chief Information Officer. The notice did not contain the proposed period of performance which will be or or about September 27, 2001 through September 26, 2002, with the option to extend for 4 one year periods.
