Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase to Sprint for multipoint video teleconferencing services for the period 1 Oct 01-30 Sep 02 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition. Contractor will provide video teleconferencing services to multi DA points to include Fort Lee, Virginia. The anticipated award date is 26 Sep 01. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. No solicitations or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit product information in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely in the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received by COB September 25, 2001.
