- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are bei ng requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Brand Name or Equal in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52. 211-6. The solicitatio n document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-27(25Jun 01) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARs) 1998 edition, and current to DCN20001213. It is anticipated that payment will be made by Government Visa Credit Card. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334515with a size standard of 500 employees. The manufacturer is FCX Systems Inc. 3216 Earl L. Core Road, Morgantown, WV 26508 U.S.A. The requirement is for one (1) each model #PFC060-H-40-AO-12P-FS18-WC Solid State Frequency Converter in NEMA 3R encl osure approximately 46 inches(1168 mm) H X 68 inches(1727 mm)W X 60 inches(1524 mm)D rated at 75KVA (60 KW @ 0.8 power factor, lagging) continuous duty in 55 degree Centigrade free air. Supply input 208V/3ph/60HZ, output 220V/3ph/400HZ(wye configuration). 400 HZ output current ratings are : 197 A RMS/LINE continuous, 217 A RMS/LINE (1 hour), 246 A RMS/LINE (5 minutes), 296 A RMS/LINE (2minutes),394 A RMS/LINE (20 seconds), and 591 A RMS(6seconds). Estimated weight is approximately 2900 lbs.(1315kg). The following salient features are included: (1)Line side circuit breaker with shunt trip coil and door interlocking handle, (2)Digital output voltmeter with 4 position selector switch mounted on enclosure door, Switch reads: A-N, B-N, C-N and includes an O FF position, (3)Digital output ammeter with 4 position, door mounted selector switch. Switch reads phase currents and includes an OFF position, (4)START and STOP/RESET push buttons on converter door,(5)STATUS INDICATORS: A. ) POWER ON, B) CONVERTER ON, C) MODULE FAULT, D) INPUT VOLTAGE FAULT, E) OUTPUT VOLTAGE FAULT,(6) Digital diagnostic system with fault display indicator with LED BAR GRAPH that displays the fault and the location, (7) LAMP TEST push button (tests all door mounted lamps and the digital f ault displays),(8) Digital output frequency meter with an ON-OFF switch, (9) Elapsed time indicator with 0 to 99,9999 hr range (non-resettable), ET meter includes 0.1 hour digit, (10) Audible Alarm with alarm silence switch and Silence indicator, (11) Emer gency Stop push button, (12) Three(3) pole, non-automatic output circuit breaker, operable from front of unit, with shunt trip coil interlocked with protective devices, (13) Output under frequency alarm with integral LED alarm indicator set at 380 Hz alarm point, (14) Electrical door interlock switch with bypass switch, (15) Twelve(12) pulse input power rectification system designed to produce less than 10% total harmonic input current distortion at rated load, (16) Complete instruction manual with spare pa rts listing, Seven (7) copies of Operation and Maintenance manuals and a one year (12) month warranty.
