9150-01-035-5393, YPG01187000929, Gear Lubricating Oil. Unit can contains 5 gallons. MSDS and Hazard Warning Label are required. QPL applies. See numbered notes 2, 9, 23. 50% small business set aside. ABVS applies. FOB Destination and FOB Origin will be evaluated equally. This is a commercial solicitation. Inspection and acceptance at origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: 9426 cans to be delivered to Tracy, CA within 60 DARO or best possible delivery. 100% option quantity is included in the RFP. Solicitation issue date is 11/15/01.
