Description

This modification is amending the following 3 items: 1) The submission due date for this procurement is extended until 04 October 2001. Submissions must be received no later than 2:00pm (CST) 04 October 2001. 2) The number of proposal copies to be submitted to GSA is 5 copies. 3) Submission requirements -- only evaluation criteria number 2) for stage I is hereby modified to read: Philosophy and Design intent (25%): in the lead designer's words, (maximum of two typewritten pages) state his/her overall design philosophy and approach to the challenge of public architecture, issues, and parameters that may apply in creating a state-of-the-art border inspection facility in a challenging urban neighborhood environment. All other evaluation factors, terms and conditions of the original notice remain the same.
