Description

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission intends to enter into a sole-source contract with LRP Publications for access to an online research service, for the period October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002. This service provides information on federal human resources. This notice is not a request for proposals and no solicitation document is available. However, all responsible sources may respond by submitting written technical and pricing data sufficient to determine capability. Such data will be used for the purpose of determining whether a solicitation should be issued for this requirement. No telephone responses will be accepted.
