Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. Interspiro Model 9030, Spirolite SCBA Inspection Service conducted to inspect referenced SCBA and shall comply with the specifications of the manufacturer, and certification requirements as set forth by OSHA, NIOSH, MSHA, and NFPA. Service shall be conducted on site with a percentage of the units in each area being serviced at a time and rotated until all units have been serviced. A written Annual Fit for Certification shall be provided for all SCBA units and components to each department within 10 working days. The fully assembled SCBA unit shall include the face mask, back mounted air cylinder, harness & straps, regulator, air hoses, gauges, and valves. Total units: 108 (1 test mask for Spirolite 2000, 6 Revitox rescue masks). Regulators with Backplate Assembly: 98. Cylinders: 217.
