Description

This contract shall provide for maintenance services, which will include on-site corrective repairs during normal working hours of 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 pm., Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. The contractor shall respond via telephone within four (4) hours after receipt trouble calls, and provide on-site service within 24 hours. Equipment shall be operational within 48 hours. Maintenance service to include all parts and labor, including repair kits, valves, traps, door gaskets, heating elements and lubricants. Expendable items such as chart paper and pens, surgical lamps, and cleaning agents are not considered part of this agreement. Door replacement, surgical table sub-frame assemblies, welding pump and motor assemblies, and control hardware are also excluded. Maintenance service to include quarterly inspections, these preventive maintenance visits shall be performed on a schedule agreed upon by the contractor and the government. Award intended to be a sole source procurement.
