Description

15. The Naval Sea Systems Command is issuing a full and open competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) for up to 102,080 man-hours of engineering and technical support services over a five year period in support of Dry Deck Shelter Planning Yard efforts. This procurement for a base and four option years will provide, in part, for technical and engineering services, material, logistic services, engineering design services, inspection and acceptance testing of procured hardware, and fabrication and assembling of hardware. NAVSEA is maintaining a technical library that will be available to prospective offerors during the conduct of the procurement. The successful offeror will be required to possess a SECRET facility security clearance at the time of award.
