Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting for Urologist services for the Metropolitan Detention Center, Corner of Road 165 at Road 28, Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. The work schedule will consist of one (1) session per month each session will last four (4) hours, not to exceed twelve (12) sessions per year. All session will be conducted from Monday through Friday. The contractor will be responsible for the following: using the equipment at MDC Guaynabo; perform urologist evaluation to all inmates treatment modalities as indicated; recommend normally accepted urologist treatment modalities as indicated; and assist the Clinical Director in any concerns or consultations. Requirements include a minimum of three years in the Urologist field and a valid license to practice medicine in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. The anticipated period of performance will be as follows: one (1) base year to begin upon date of award through twelve (12) months with four (4) subsequent one (1) year option periods.
