Description

HQ USSOCOM has a requirement for Disintegrator cutting rotor upgrade on 2 SEM model 1424 and 1 SEM Model 22. This is a sole source procurement with Security Engineered Machinery, as authorized by 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation per FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quotations. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-4. Required delivery is 30 days ARO, to MacDill AFB, FL 33621-5504. Pricing shall reflect FOB Destination. FAR provision 52.212-1, 52.212-2 applies to this acquisition, offer shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable price, technical acceptability, adherence to applicable clauses, provisions, delivery schedule, and satisfactory past performance record. Additional applicable FAR and DFARS clauses 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.232-33, 52.233-2, 52.247-34, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-3, 252.212-7001, 252.225-7001. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certification-Commercial Items, with the offer.
