- Description
- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Redcom Laboratories Inc., Victor, NY, for Redcom Tactical Communications Packages (TCP) with an option to procure up to fourteen additional units. The Redcom TCP is a fully integrated communications system designed for use in rugged environments. A firm fixed price contract is planned.
