Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This request for quotation is issued under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The government intends to make award of a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the responsible offeror whose quote provides the best value to the government. A specific product determination has been made. The offered items shall be the make/model products as listed. The required items and quantities are: ITEM 0001, SONY VIAO LAPTOP R505JEK 7/850 20GB HDD 128MB RAM W2K, 50 EACH, ITEM 0002 SONY EXTERNAL USB FLOPPY DRIVE, SOS-PCGA-UFD5, 50 EACH, ITEM 0003, ARCHOS CD-DEX CDRW 8X8X32 USB EXTERNAL DRIVE, ARH-500174, 114 EACH, ITEM 0004 HP VECTRA 7/1000 20GB HDD 128MB RAM W2K, 50 EACH, ITEM 0005 HP 72 17" 1280 X 1024 CLR MONITOR, 50 EACH. Delivery is required no later than 30 days after receipt of award for all items. Inspection and acceptance of all items shall be at destination (government facility). The ship to address is National Transportation Safety Board, Office of Research & Engineering, 490 L'Enfant Plaza S.W., Washington, DC 20594. The quotation shall include the following: (1) firm fixed pricing for each line item (unit price and extended price) listed in this announcement; (2) delivery date; (3) payment terms; (4) CAGE code, DUNS & Bradstreet number, and taxpayers ID number; and (5) executed provisions FAR 52.212-3.
