Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-27. The associated North American Industry Classification Code is 314110 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Scott AFB requires 1,500 yards of carpet tile -- Mannington Carpet Squares, Style: Y3292, New #: M10207-001A, Color: 64FG, Weight: 34 Ounce; and 10 Pails of MT711 Glue. Deliver to Scott AFB, Building 1600, FOB Destination. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions Of Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
