Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a cost plus fixed fee Order under NAVAIR Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Number N00019-00-G-0425 for the Demonstration of the Selective Emitter Identification (SEI) Capability Using the E-2C AN/ALQ-217 Electronic Support Measure (ESM) system. NAVAIR intends to negotiate this Order on a sole source basis with Northrop Grumman Corporation, South Oyster Bay Road, Bethpage, New York 11714. NGC is the designer, developer and sole manufacturer and systems integrator of the E-2C aircraft and weapon system and as such is the only firm with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to provide the required supplies and services in a timely manner for the purposes of meeting the fleet?s operational needs.
