Description

Harry S. Quast, Consultant, 1) shall meet with curriculum and resource sponsors to ensure NPS Monterey is meeting their current and future needs, 2) shall facilitate the flow of informaiton between NPS Monterey and sponsors 3) shall participate in SecNav Personnel Task Force, 4) shall provide feedback and recommendations for the Task Force. This is a non-competitive procurement to Harry S. Quast, Consultant, due to unique knowledge of the student body, manpower and personnel issues, and education and trianing within DoN. Simplified Acquisition Procedures via written RFQ will be utilized. Anticipated award date will be on or before 01 Oct 01.
