Description

1. As the short title describes the requirement is to monitor fire, intrusion, panic and high temperature alarms for the No. California Health Care System located in Martinez, CA, with all of its satellite locations throughout No. California. 2. It is requested that the contractor be able to immediately notify the VA police upon notification of any panic, fire and/or inntrusion alarm. It is therefore requested that the company be stationed somewhere within 200 miles of the Martinez, CA facility. It is also requested that at the end of each month, the contractor send a detailed report from each site regarding the access.he methadone site in Oaklandd hass certain requirements for the securing of the alarms. Contractor must show proof that these lines will not be compromised at any time and must have a backup alarm in place that will activate,if the primary line is cut. 3.
