Description

The Department of Defense Education (DoDEA) intends to award a sole source contract with Jill Eversmann, Beaufort, SC for continued speech language pathologist services for the Laurel Bay Schools during school year (SY) 2001-2002. These services are required under the Individuals with Diability Act PL 101-476 for comprehensive and intensive therapy services in individualized and small group support in accordance with the student's Individualized Education Program. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations (RFQ), nor is and RFQ available.
