Description

The U.S. General Services Administration is interested in leasing approx. 14,434 rentable sq.ft. of space to yield 11,682 ANSI/BOMA office area sq.ft. of space. Occupancy date will be May 15, 2002 or sooner, if possible. Lease Term: 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be located in the following delineated area: North by Gunter Air Force Base; East by Eastern Bypass; South by Vaughn Road and Carter Hill; and West by Federal Blvd. Space offered must be conducive to efficient layout. The Government requires a fully serviced "turn key" package. Forty surface parking spaces, on site, is required. Responses are required by COB on 10/01/01.
