Description

See numbered notes 1, 9, 13 and 26. A requirement for a FIRM-FIXED PRICE contract for NSN: 8340-00-753-6574 for a quantity of 10,400 in the base year and a quantity of 6,000 for each of the option years. There will be four (4) 57.7% Quantity Options. This procurement will be a total small Business Set- Aside. All materials required in order to furnish this product must be domestic and furnished by the awardee. There will be two destinations and they are the Defense Distribution Depot Barstow, Ca(SG2) and the Defense Distribution Depot Albany, GA (MAB). The applicable MIL SPEC for this NSN is specification number MIL-P-40148. DSCP will require a total of (6) six deliveries in the base year and each additional option year. Each option year will if invoked will total 6,000 poles. The scheduled delivery will begin on or before 180 days after the date of award. Best Value Source Selection Authority is required under this solicitation.
