Description

Firm fixed-price 8a electrical A/E services are required for the James A. Haley Veterans' Hospital, Tampa, FL for the design and preparation of electrical construction plans and specifications. There is no RFP package to download. Interested firms should submit a SF-254 and SF-255 to the Contracting Officer (90C) at the Hospital. NAICS code for this procurement is 541310. The contract term will be for a period of one year with three one year option periods. The fee limit is $100,000 per project with a total for the year of $500,000.00. The minimum per project is $1,000.00. Multiple task orders may be awarded with similar delivery schedules, requiring overlapping work/delivery dates and increase demand on staff resources. Primary work will be the Electrical deisgn development, investigative services and preparation of plans and specifications for construction projects, but may include construction period services. Interested firms shall have the capability of engaging additional disciplines as necessary to provide complete fuly integrated construction documents. This is not a request for proposal. No soliciation package, technical information, or bidder/plan holder list will be issued. This is limited to a fifty mile radius of the VA Hospital, Tampa, FL. Firms will be evaluated and the top five firms will be short listed. These top firms will be interviewed and ranked.
