Description

The VA Medical Center, Bay Pines, Florida intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Dictaphone Corporation of Melbourne, Florida for maintenance of one (1) model no. 1517 EXV03-000 Enterprise Express Voice Processing System and one (1) model no. 1517 EXV07-000 Enterprise Express Data Server. This is a sole source procurement under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and Other Than Full and Open Competition (FAR 6.302-1). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any firm that beleives it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within seven days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Information may be sent to the Contracting Officer, VA Medical Center, P.O. Box 457, Bay Pines Florida 33744. If no responses are received, The VA Medical Center, Bay Pines, Florida will proceed with the sole source negotiation with Dictaphone Corporation.
