Description

Single award term contract for period November 1, 2001 through October 31, 2002, for the Department of Energy. Production area assumed to be within the Las Vegas, NV commercial zone. Production of letterhead and envelopes. Letterheads: Approximately 50 orders per year, approximately 500 to 4,500 copies per order, printing face only, 8-1/2 x 11". Stationary Envelopes: Approximately 20 orders per year, approximately 100 to 2,500 copies per order, printing face only, 4-1/8 x 9-1/2". Business Reply Envelopes: Approximately 8 orders per year, approximately 500 to 3,000 copies per order, printing face only, 3-7/8 x 8-7/8". WIndow Envelopes: Approximately 4 orders per year, approximately 1,000 to 2,000 copies per order, printing face only, 4-1/8 x 9-1/2". Operations include printing, packing, mailing, and delivery.
