Description

Award shall be a single source to SECURUS, Inc for the following items: 1) Maintenance for RISC 6000 Card Reader System, alarms in various locations on CMAFS, Access Control & Casi-Rusco Picture Perfect Badge System. 2)Miscellaneous Supplies: ISO Proxilite Mag Badges, Holographic Topcoat, Cleaning Tapes, & Four Color Ribbions w/ Topcoats. Justification for a single source is as follows: 1)BEST VALUE-A. Good Past Performance Rating for FY01. B. 24hr Emergency Service. C. Local Technical Service Office in Colorado Springs,CO-Past Response Time within 24hrs or less of call. D. Extensive knowledge of the current system. All technical advisors have extensive and current Security Clearance prior to working at Cheyenne Mountain AFB. Process for clearance takes several months to complete. Currently, all of SECURUS advisors have security clearances.
