This is a market survey and request for literature to locate potential sources for reprocessing non-invasive single use devices for the Birmingham and Tuscaloosa , AL, Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers. We are seeking information from FDA approved companies who are regularly established in the sterilization and/or pasteurization process of reprocessing single use devices. We are requesting that the companies provide the following: copies of their literature; references; process utilized; FDA approval and any other information that the company would like to present regarding this process. This is not a solicitation and will not result in a solicitation until the national VA policy has been approved and released by the Veterans Administration Central Office.
