Description

Project involves designing and executing an innovative, attractive, patriotic National Independence Day Parade on Constitution Avenue for the National Park Service, Washington, D.C. on July 4, 2002, base year with the opportunity of four option years: July 4, 2003 to July 4, 2006. Contractors must intend to perform all five years to be considered. This procurement is open to all sized businesses. A solicitation is tentatively available on November 1, 2001 with a tentative proposal due date of December 12, 2001. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal which will be evaluated.
