Description

This is a modification of a synopsis previously published on July 18, 2001. Provide Fixed-Wing and/or Helicopter Air Ambulance Services to transport eligible veteran beneficiaries within New Mexico, West Texas and Arizona at such times as may be required. Services are to be provided for the New Mexico Veterans Administration Health Care System, Albuquerque, NM and for the Northern Arizona Veterans Administration Health Care System, Prescott, AZ. It is the intent to award a contract from January 31, 2002 through January 30, 2003 with four one-year option periods. Prospective offerors must submit their request for solicitation in writing to the following: Southern Arizona Veterans Administration Health Care System, Attn: Pamela Bayburt (9-90C), 3601 S. 6th Avenue, Tucson, AZ 85723. Previous requests will be honored. Solicitation will be available on or about October 26, 2001. Multiple awards may be made as a result of this notice. NAICS code for this procurement is 621910 and is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. See Note 1.
