Description

General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 11,080 rentable square feet yielding approximately 9,635 usable square feet of space for a Visitors Center and Educational Facility for the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service on or near U.S. Highway 90 in the Bayou Sauvage National Wildlife Refuge in New Orleans East, LA. LEASE TERM: 20 years firm. Facility is to be designed and constructed by the prospective Lessor in accordance with state and local requirements. Maintenance of the structure, interior maintenance, services and utilities shall be provided by the Lessor. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing no later than October 26, 2001 and should include the following information: Address/location of site, legal description, square footage, name, address and phone number of Individual to be contacted, name of recorded owner, evidence of authority to represent the owner, site plat for construction site. Authorized contacts: In no event shall the offeror enter into discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of Federal agencies other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration. OCCUPANCY: Space should be ready for occupancy within 210-270 days of receipt of the design intent drawing. Approximate occupancy: March 1, 2003.
