Description

Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies and supervision necessary to perform all work required to construct a second story addition onto Building 1425 located at Fort Detrick, Maryland. Work includes, but is not limited to: electrical, painting, carpentry, masonry work, and mechanical work. Reference Invitation For Bid (IFB) No. DAMD17-02-B-0001 available on or about 15 Oct 01 and opening on or about 15 Nov 01. All Federal Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (CCR Web sites: ccr2000.com or http://www-usamraa.army.mil or request form at 1-800-334-3414)., new contract awards can only be made to contractors who are registered in the CCR. The NAICS code for this requirement is 233320 (old SIC 1542) with the size standard of $27.5M in average annual receipts. The estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
