Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is (Request for Quotation) RFQ 0401-01-0031. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-24. This procurement falls within the definition of North America Industry classification code 321992. The small business size standard is 500 employees. This request for proposal is for complete composting toilet system. To include prefabricated building, foundation, vault evaporator and a photovoltaic power system. Prefabricated building shall be a minimum of 7 ft. wide X 8 ft. long. Building must be pre-engineered and panelized for transportation. Evaporator tank shall be a minimum of 700 gallons. Everything provided under the contract shall conform to local building and electrical codes and industry standards. Material shall be delivered via destination to the Ashley National Forest, Dutch John Warehouse, Dutch John, Utah. Contact Greg Clark, (435)781-5255, prior to delivery. FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items applies to this procurement.
