Description

The GSA/FTS, Region 5 is announcing its intent to procure IXOS Exchange Archive Software and Maintenance. Use of Comark Federal Systems, Federal Supply Schedule, is being considered to satisfy the license portion of the Government's requirements. Purchase of open market maintenance services will be included to facilitate administration as no other service provider is known to be capable of providing the software and support required to meet the service requirement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation, reference Number 5TS5702C019. This RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-27, NAICS Code 541199, All Other Information Services. This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract. Delivery and acceptance of all services shall be by the government program manager at 868th CS/SCY, Scott AFB, IL 62225. Delivery of all maintenance services for this task shall be for a period of one year from receipt of licenses. FAR 52.252-2 applies to this acquisition.
