Description

Pine Bluff Arsenal has a requirement for service to punch 2.125 inch hole (concentric to 1/64 inch) in center of bottom of 30,112 smoke pot containers. After punching, apply clear lacquer spray, type 1, class 1 or 2 of spec A-A-3003 to exposed metal surfac es of cut area. Re-palletize and return to PBA. Lot integrity must be maintained. Lots shall be re-palletized as received. Contractor shall provide 26,800 closure plugs in accordance with dwg 36-1-316E dated 3May01. Technical data for this action is res tricted by the Arms Export Control Act and is limited in accordance with Distribution Statement D of DoD Directive 5230.25. To receive this data contractor shall provide a copy of DD2345 by fax to Mary Love, 870-540-3730 along with mailing address, phone number and fax number. This acquisition is Set Aside for Small Business and will result in a Purchase Order in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
