Description

The Government intends to enter into a sole source contract with Litton Systems Inc of Woodland Hills CA. This procurement is for the Country of Taiwan and is Foreign Military Sales procurement. The equipment is 1 each Litton Portable Automatic Test set (LPATS) and pedestal P/N LN-92. The Government of the United States does not have the drawings, data or specifications for this equipment. Any company wishing to submit a proposal must supply the exact item described above and submits their proposal in writing no later than 2 p.m. 19 Oct. 2001 to the following address: Contracting Officer Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Rt. 547 ATTN: Code 25211CD -- Bldg. 129-2 Lakehurst, NJ 08722 MARK FOR Bid opening Officer -- Proposal enclosed. Any proposal received after this date and time will be rejected without review. Proposals sent via FAX will NOT be accepted. The Government reserves the right to conduct a pre-award survey on any and all offerors. The Government reserves the right to summarily reject any offer that does not meet the requirements of the Government of Taiwan or is not the exact item as described above.
