NAICS is 336413. Note 22. Other than full and open competition, more than one source, intended sources: Kitco, CAGE 34087; Derco, CAGE 8X044; Teleflex, CAGE 78710. QAP 007. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Delivery Schedule: 200 DARO, destination W25G1U, New Cumberland, PA. 100% option to increase quantity. EBB, IQS, and one letter quotes are not acceptable for this procurement. ABVS: The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
