THE CONTRACTOR HAS CLAIMED PROPRIETARY RIGHTS TO THEIRDATA AN ARE NOT WILLING TO REMOVE THE RIGHTS TO SAID DATA, LOCKHEED LTR. DATED 22 OCT 1986. LGMPM HAS DETERMINED THE ITEM IS NOT FEASIBLE TO REVERSE ENGINEER, BECAUSE IT IS NOT SOLE SOURCE. 44ea. Applicable to: C-130. Destn: Hill Air Force Base, Ut 84056-5825.
