Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. FOB origin. Unrestricted with other than full and open competition. Total quantity is 64 Tracy, CA 95376-5000 plus 100% quantity option. Delivery 137 DARO. Automated best value model-the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Issue Date 25 October 01. Solicitation will not be available via the Gateway. This is a letter solicitation request due to the anticipation that an award will be made against a basic ordering agreement. Contact the POC for andy inquiries regarding solicitation.
