Reference solicitation SP0490-01-R-4233, ARG01201005801, various (7) NSNs. Request For Proposals (RFP) is a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and four (4) option years. This requirement is unrestricted. No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting System (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this solicitation. This solicitation will be issued as FOB Destination. Inspection and Acceptance or Origin for first shipment; Destination for subsequent shipments. Requested delivery is 60 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO). Item are not considered to be commercial items. Automated Best Balue System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. QAP 002 applies. The requested estimated quantities will be indicated on the solicitation package. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
