Description

Solicitation Number SP0450-02-R-0019, YPG01198000724, NSN 4235-01-423-7221, Spill Clean-Up Kit, Hazardous Material, Part Number 11056, with 55 Gallon High Strength Resistant Drum. Contractor shall provide Packaging/Mark/Label Ensuring each Kit (Drum) is afforded Physical/Mechanical Protection for Transportation & Storage. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the Procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. 100% Small Business Set-Aside Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Destinations to be Line Item 0001 stock Depot at AQ5 Tracy, CA., with a Quantity of 161 KT and Line Item 2, to SRG Richmond, VA for a Quantity of 171 KT.` The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described In the solicitation. The solicitation will issue on October 22, 2001 with a closing dated of November 21, 2001. Anticipate a firm fixed Definite Quantity Contract, Commercial COS Y. Therefore FAR Part 12 Applies. Unit Quantity Total is 332 KT with an 100% Quantity Option. RFP will not contain EPA Provisions and does not contain Progress Payment.
