Description

Item 0001(0001AA-0001AN), 2" globe top check valve with CUNI body, bronze bonnet, viton o-ring and silver brazed end preparations in accordance with drawing# 803-2177934, Revision J, assembly B836, 13. Item 0002, data requirements, hydrostatic test reports, certificate of compliance, welding procedures, liquid penetration test procedures, pre-production test reports. Government Source Inspection invoked. Contractor's quality program shall be in accordance with Military Specification MIL-Q-9858A (Amend 3,5, Sep 95), Mil-I-45208(Amend 2,3 Nov 95), ANSI/ISO/ASQC Q9001 (1994), OR ANSI/ISO/ASQC Q9002 (1994). The calibration system shall be in accordance with Mil-Std-45662A(1 Aug 88) or ISO 10012-1(1992). Deliveries to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, NH 03801-2590.
